RETURNS ELIGIBILITY:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product from eMacro that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept its return.

- Incorrect Product Delivery: In the event that you receive an incorrect product from eMacro, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
a. Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received
it.b. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS

- Return Authorization: Our customer service representative will guide you through the return authorization process, providing instructions on how to return the product. Do not return any items without receiving return authorization.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a eMacro error (e.g., defective product, incorrect delivery). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to
ensure safe and timely delivery.
REFUND PROCESS:
- Product Verification: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will verify its eligibility for a refund. This process may include assessing the condition of the product and confirming compliance with the return conditions mentioned above.
- Refund Calculation: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the product's purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking charges.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before opening any eMacro products.
