Returns and Refunds Policy
The e-Macro policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
When Can I Return a product?
If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/ do not accept the product.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can contact us on our social pages @eMacroEG.
We will then get in contact with you within 24 hours to understand how we can do better and exchange or refund your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When are Returns not possible?
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, 14 days from delivery.
- The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Products which missing serial numbers.
- Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online.
Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange your order, you will pay shipping fees.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can not exchange or return it.
